Dear Mr Oxley,
I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the kindess, thoughtfulness and support I received from both Leah and Marcus. Between them they made my loss much more bearable. You are very fortunate indeed to have both of them in your company.
Sincerely - Patrick
Dear Bruce, Leah, Denise & The Oxley Team,
Thank you all for your incredible support during our difficult time. We will always be so grateful for your kindess & guidance that was given to us all.
Our best wishes go to you all - Sharon, Tom, Charlie, Ernie, Claire & David
Dear Bruce, Leah and all the team at P.G. Oxley,
I just wanted to send over our heartfelt thanks for everything you did for us in the lead up and on the day of Dad's Funeral. We really appreciate your professionalism, kindness and recommendations. Everything about the service you provide is really something to be proud of, and we just knew right from the first slightly 'rabbit in the headlights' visit that we (and Dad) were in safe hands with you all.
Dealing with a grieving, confused family is never an easy feet, however, Bruce, your warm personality and slightly dry sense of humour was the perfect mix, we all said Dad would have really liked you, as did we.
You went above and beyond on the day and we couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out. From souring a non-religion venue, teamed with a burial locally, to sorting a last minute Celebrant, and arranging all the catering and setting the venue up (and turning it around so quickly!) and timing the music perfectly. It all went so smoothly and your team at the burial were just so kind and gentle.
We can tell the passion and love that goes into your work and we are all so grateful of the care and attention you gave us. We will be popping in a little bottle or two of something for you all to enjoy over Christmas, along with a card, but I wanted to write this thank you too!
All the best - Jo, Pam & Tammy x
Hey Leah,
Dad's day was seamless. He would have been impressed. So very thoughtful and attentive to Mum and I throughout the day.
I've said it before, you're an amazing team and should be so proud. I told mum not to worry and now she understands why. It's not just the service you provide, it's all the other lovely things you all do to reassure and care. So yes, the day and support throughout has truly exceeded our expectations.
Thank you all so much.
Best Regards Always - Carole & Jo
Dear Leah,
Now that all (I hope) matters concerning funeral arrangements of my late sister are completed. It is the time for me to say a sincere 'thank you' for your help.
It has been a great comfort to me personally, to know that you were quietly working away behind the scenes to ensure that everything went smoothly. I am so grateful for all your kind understanding and support, especially the last minute changes for the Order of Service Booklets - They were dealt with cheerfully and without any awkward reaction.
Thank you to all your team for their courtesy, kindness and help. You made the day go well and my family were delighted.
Kindest Regards - Derrick
Thank-you so much for organising Bill's funeral. It made everything so much easier to cope with, knowing that all the arrangements were being taken care of by such professional, caring people.
Special mentions to Marcus and also Leah and Denise.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend P.G. Oxley Funeral Directors to anyone looking for a compassiontate, personal service at such a difficult time.
Kind Regards & Thank-you - Jo
Hi all,
I truly cannot thank you enough for handling my mum's funeral so beautifully.
I just don't know where to start...
Your patience when I changed my mind about a few things, and your absolute attention to detail has been exemplary. It was a really daunting prospect to take on the running of the service ourselves, but we've never been a family to shy away from a challenge!
To an onlooker, the whole thing must have appeared effortless. But, as you may well know, there could always have been something that we didn't get right... but there you were supporting and guiding us through every stage.
Only one of our six pall bearers had ever done it before so your help with their duty was very much appreciated, and luckily they are all roughly the same height, give or take a couple of inches.
Thank you to Leah for dropping off the memorial book at The Bell Inn and to the rest of the team for bringing the flowers back home for us.
There are so many words I can use to describe our experience of your service: Kind, Caring, Patient, Perfectionists; all those and more. But, all I can say is, again, thank you from the bottom of my heart for making such a heartbreaking day just that little bit more bearable.
I am immensely proud of what we acheived together.
Warmest Wishes - Sandy
